Contract Formation
Booking with Saidpiece Travelers for a Bhutanese adventure establishes a binding contract once we issue a booking confirmation after receiving your payment. This contract, subject to our detailed terms and conditions, is designed to ensure your trip meets your expectations. Please review all trip details for accuracy upon confirmation.

Price and Payment
Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed, reflecting current currency exchange rates and cost changes. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 12 weeks before departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or card in THB, INR, GBP, EUR, or USD to avoid currency exchange issues.

Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers to cover potential risks before, during, and after the trip. Saidpiece Travelers is not liable for costs arising from inadequate insurance coverage.

Passports, Visas, and Health
Ensure your passport, visa, and health documentation are in order, with passports valid for at least six months post-trip. We provide general guidance; however, responsibility for obtaining necessary documents rests with you. Disclose health conditions or disabilities to accommodate your needs safely.

Amendments and Cancellations
Changes may incur fees and depend on availability. Cancellations are subject to charges: more than 12 weeks before departure, deposit only; 8-12 weeks, 50% of total cost; less than 8 weeks, no refund. Written notice is required for all changes or cancellations.

Our Liability
Liability for direct damages is limited by international conventions. We recommend additional travel insurance for comprehensive coverage. Our responsibility includes ensuring the proper execution of your travel package, with limitations for indirect damages.

Assistance
In case of difficulties during your trip, we will provide immediate assistance, including health services information and alternative travel arrangements. Fees may apply for assistance necessitated by your negligence.

Special Requests
While we strive to meet special requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. Please communicate any such requests at the time of booking.
Excursions and Activities
Only excursions and activities pre-booked and paid for as part of your package are considered part of your contract with us. Independent activities during your trip are not our responsibility.

Data Protection
Your personal information is protected and used solely for booking purposes, in accordance with data protection laws. Necessary details may be shared with suppliers to facilitate your travel services.

Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan, with Bhutanese courts having jurisdiction over disputes.

Financial Protection
Your booking is financially protected under our arrangements, ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey to Bhutan.

Complaints
Immediate reporting of complaints to us or the service provider is advised. For unresolved post-trip complaints, contact us within 28 days of your return.
